Answers: If I pay into my pension by salary sacrifice, how much less take-home pay do I get, and what does the April 2029 cap change?
You need: Your salary, your pension contribution and where you pay income tax (more details optional)
Compares the same pension paid by salary sacrifice, net pay and relief at source; covers Scotland, student loans, the Child Benefit charge, the ยฃ100,000 limits and the minimum wage; works NI out on each payday.

Answers: What does my student loan take from my pay each month, what is my take-home pay, and when is the loan cleared or written off?
You need: Your plan and your pay before tax (balance and other details optional)
Plans 1, 2, 4, 5 and postgraduate, alone or together; rounded the way payroll rounds; salary sacrifice and bonus months; a month-by-month lifetime model with three scenarios; the Plan 2 threshold freeze.

You need: The full-time pay from the advert and your hours (term-time weeks and other details optional)
Takes the pay as printed (a year, a month or an hour), your hours or days, term-time only or part-year work; shows pay each payday, take-home pay with Scotland, student loans and pension, holiday with bank holidays, and what one more hour adds.
Bonus Tax calculator
Answers: How much of my bonus do I keep after income tax, National Insurance and student loan, and why does the bonus payslip look taxed at 40%?
You need: Your pay, the bonus amount and your tax code (pension and other details optional)
Works out the bonus payslip by HMRC's cumulative method for the month it is paid, next to a usual payslip; shows the extra tax taken on the bonus payday and handed back later; covers bonus sacrifice into a pension, Scotland and every student loan plan.

How these figures are kept up to date
